Oleg Naumik is the VP of Growth at Tolk, a Ukrainian electricity retail holding. He holds a PhD in economics and is a passionate advocate for renewables. Oleg led the procurement and development negotiations for a 19.66 MW DC solar station with Chinese partners and provided commercial PPAs and pre-PPAs for over 100 MW in Ukraine. He has been working in the energy sector for20 years.
